Diana Inlow and Martha Cabrera are registered for the class at Shinbi in New York tomorrow morning at 9:00 am we would be coming from Northern Virginia we've had a lot of snow so has New York. I've tried to call the shop all day 1800 764-4680 no one is answering the phone. Is the class still on or is it canceled.Please resond we had to be on the train at 5:05 am to get to New York on time.

Apparently you didn't read the page you got this email address from, or else you would have noted that it was an advice column -- an advice column written by someone that happens to be a cosmetologist. People ask me questions on a variety of subject, and I respond as best I can. Frequently this involves googling up something, or making other sorts of researching endeavors. And sometimes I make stuff up because it sounds good. That's what advice columns are all about.
As such, I have no idea what you are talking about.
I do know that New York City had an ass-load of snow fall all over it, and that lots of salons aren't open today because it is a) a monday, and/or b) it is a federal holiday, and possibly c) the ass-load of snow, or even d) all of the above.
I don't know what else to tell you.
