My Zyrtec prescriptions is really expensive, even though I'm getting it at a substantial discount through my health insurance company.

I have tried Claritin OTC, and thought it was fine, but I wanted to know if it was really any better or worse than Zyrtec. You can get generic loratadine at the drug store for way less than I pay for Zyrtec, so even better.

And apparently in many respects, loratadine and cetirizine (Zyrtec) are equally effective in many respects, but cet makes you drowsier, and lor isn't as effective in several areas which pertain to my allergies.

While researching on the net, I came across a site called coreynahman.com, that had the following warning at the bottom of the index page.
