A girl I know had me put lowlights in her hair a couple of weeks ago, and somehow a little shadow of color was applied to a highlight during this process.
An errant strand of hair apparently rested across a pre-lightened bit of hair just long enough to deposit enough color for a ghost of a smudge to appear, but not long enough to create a full-on spot.
Now, we've stripped that strand of hair using Elimin8 twice, and we've bleached it twice, and it still has a trace of color.
I've never seen anything like it in all of my time coloring.
I'm not sure how it actually got there, and I have absolutely no idea how to make it go away.
At least it's easily hidden, which is fine with the girl.
I just don't like questioning my own technical abilities, since I am a color-correction queen as of late.
