I live on Long Island, New York.  Do you know where I can purchase Peter Coppola's haircare products other than on QVC?

Please do not share or sell my email address to anyone else.

Thank you.

After making a quick long-distance call from where I live in Chicago, to the Peter Coppola Salon in NYC, I was told that yes, it was the same Peter Coppola that had the product line on QVC, and yes, they do carry many of the products there in the salon.

Short answer? You can buy them here:

Peter Coppola Salon 746 Madison Ave., between 64th and 65th Sts.,  212-988-9404.

And as an aside, regarding the disposition of your email address, this is my own personal website, that I pay for out of my own pocket, with no corporate sponsorship. As a service to the public, and as a lark, I have an advice column. For some reason, people feel the compulsion to ask me questions about hair that they are completely capable of answering for themselves -- it took me less than 5 minutes to get a number for the salon, call it from Chicago, and get your question answered for you, courtesy of typing in "peter coppola salon" and "new york" in the google search window.

If you would have looked at the site before making a query, I don't know where you'd ever get the idea that I would do anything with your email address other than reply to it with the answer for your question.

Thank you for the information, but I don't understand why you got so offended about my asking this question since while I was looking up Peter Coppola your website came up saying ask Pixie or whatever you are called, so I did.  I did not know it was a private website, and from past experience of having my email shared I did not want it to happen again.  For someone who has an advise column you could use some advise yourself, if you don't like some of the questions being asked, get out of the business.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but I didn't appreciate your sarcasm.

Oh, I can't even respond to that without being filled with wrath. I will suffice it to say that I am not in a business, because as I have previously stated, personal website, advice column as a lark.

If you'd care to take a little "advise" yourself, don't ask strangers questions if you aren't always prepared for their answers.
