Carol's got a new banshee similie; "I'm as poor as a banshee."
Well, since banshees aren't leprechauns, probably don't carry a wallet, or maintain any sort of savings, I am willing to bet that in the greater scheme of things, banshees would most likely be considered insolvent.
However, I am sure most banshees aren't the same kind of poor she's talking about. While a banshee might perhaps be inclined to wail constantly about how she was terrifically destitute, she probably wouldn't then turn around and get her acrylic nails filled on a regular basis.
