I am looking for a salon that does japanese hair straightening in central New Jersey. Can you reccomend a good one?
Thank You.
For some inexplicable reason, if you google "japanese hair straightening new york," my site ends up the second from the top. As such, I've been getting a fair amount of hair-related questions lately. In fact, the last three questions I've been asked have been regarding hair. This was my first, so it gets the first answer.
I don't actually know about what any of the salons in New Jersey are like, and since this is a relatively new procedure in the States, there isn't much to go on.
However, judging from website and from text therein, the level of professionalism at Hudson Hair sounds quite good. I like the fact that they do a consultation and make you answer questions over the phone to even determine if you are a good candidate, so that you don't waste a trip there.

You might also want to ask on the Allure.com beauty forum. The odds are pretty good that someone there might be able to point out a good salon in the area for you, too.

Good luck, and let me know how it all turns out!
