And then the letter came today that set my fears to rest.
The Federal Government doesn't really care who they give the money to, just that once given it is paid back with interest.
They set up rules to make sure they are giving money to the right people.
The people that aren't career students.
The people that aren't going to school just to get money for other things.
The University enforces these rules to make the Feds happy.
But the University can make exceptions to the rule.
The University can scare people with warnings and admonitions.
But, the University wants their money, too.
They don't care where it comes from, they just care that it comes.
They have reviews committees for a reason.
They review and commit to make money.
And all they had to do was say, "Okay."
And they did just that.
